Everyone I have interacted with at Units has always been so friendly and helpful. They always surprise me with how quickly they are able to deliver or move the unit as well. Today Bill went above and beyond trying to fit our unit on to our property and took extra time to ensure it was straight and out of the way as possible.

Dealing with Cole and Marina has been a pleasure. Cole knows his products extremely well. Marina was very communitive with delivery and accounting. Delivery was right on schedule. Products are in excellent condition, we picked doors on each end after a long discussion with Cole and what would fit best with our needs and budget. We could not be happier.

Great customer service! Cole and Marina made my container purchase totally easy and seamless. I got exactly what I wanted and in great shape, unlike the other companies I shopped who made false promises.

Very patient while we tried to figure out how to tackle storage during our move/build. Responded to messages quickly. Very easy to work with. Will definitely use again if the need should arise. Our only issue was the way the container was placed but due to us not having a level spot for it, I am not sure the tilt could have been avoided.

Star was extremely helpful & fully explained every detail of the process. Peter ( the driver) was a very talented driver, as he backed & moved our 40′ container into a small tight space…GREAT PEOPLE!

Very responsive. I emailed Marina back and forth well over 20 times verifying data and usability for my reefer container, electrical needs etc and she was incredibly helpful. I paid for my reefer which was a seamless process, Marina kept me informed and the container arrived as described with all components and wiring to get me going immediately on my walk in cooler project.

Cole met us on a Saturday morning (business was closed) and gave us a great deal on a “one trip” 40 footer. It was delivered spot on. Very happy with the experience

The owners are very easy to work with. The process is easy and we got exactly what we ordered. The workmanship is impressive, a really nice job. I may want another one and I’ll go back to Cascade Container again.

Exceptional individuals and remarkable product. The product arrived punctually, precisely when I needed it. Although I regret the delay in writing this review, at the time, my computers were carefully packed and ready for transportation. To my delight, there were absolutely no issues, aligning perfectly with my expectations. The product’s quality and the service provided were both outstanding, fulfilling my initial aspirations.

The team at Prime Storage Containers is great. Local ‘ma&pa’ business with very friendly down to earth owners and employees. I ordered several containers and had a few modifications completed. The welds are sturdy, solid workmanship and accomplished delivery drop in a tight snenario.

I never knew purchasing a container could be such a pleasant experience, but it didn’t stop there. The delivery, from the owner (Cole), was just as exceptional as the continuous back/forth from Marina. She answered every question, helped me out with everything I needed to make this as smooth as possible, as did Cole. When delivered, he helped me in every way to make sure the container was setup as needed. SO very pleased. So much so, that when my other plastic shed blew apart during transport, I went right to them to purchase another. THANK YOU for all you’ve done.
